My Path

From orchestral conductor and cultural director to facilitator of organizational transformation — my journey bridges the worlds of artistic leadership, cultural innovation, and organizational development.

With over 20 years of international experience across 11 countries, I have led orchestras, directed cultural institutions, and designed creative processes that bring people together around shared purpose. My background as a conductor — Latin Grammy nominated with the Orquestra Sinfônica de Minas Gerais — gave me a deep understanding of empathic leadership: how to listen precisely, communicate without words, and guide diverse talents toward a unified outcome.

As Director of a cultural institution, I experienced firsthand the challenges of leading through change — redesigning work culture, building alignment across teams, and creating environments where creativity and structure reinforce each other. This role shaped my conviction that the way we work together determines what we can achieve together.

My own path toward wellbeing in work — learning to sustain creative energy, navigate pressure, and design healthier work rhythms — informs everything I do as a facilitator. I know what it means to lead under pressure, and I know what it takes to transform that pressure into focused, meaningful work.

Today, I design and facilitate structured work retreats in Portugal for teams in transition — combining workshop leadership, organizational insight, and a deep respect for the natural and cultural environment that supports real transformation.
