About

My Journey

For me, leadership means not just organizing people, but accompanying them sustainably in their development.

My professional journey took me through the music, education, and cultural sectors. As a conductor, I led ensembles of over 80 people at once and learned early how crucial clear communication, trust, and shared visions are for successful collaboration.

Later, I took on leadership of organizations with over 75 employees. My focus was not only on organizational responsibility, but especially on team development, supporting employees, and building a positive and productive work culture.

Over time, I realized that the classic director role was increasingly characterized by administrative tasks — from budget planning to management and organizational processes. The direct work with people that inspired me most about leadership faded further into the background.

That's why I decided to focus completely on consulting, training, and coaching. Today, I support companies, leaders, and teams in strengthening engagement, developing talents, and fostering sustainable collaboration.

My work combines years of practical leadership experience with modern approaches in leadership, engagement, and employee development. To best support companies, I continuously further my education — including in Leadership Development, Coaching, Well-Being, and Communication Skills through online programs from Harvard Business Review, Yale University, and the University of Pennsylvania.
