My Journey

I am Johann Ahl de Oliveira — and I am where people need me.

My journey began in the music and cultural industry. There I learned that it's not about the product, but about the person behind it. Every encounter is a conversation, every relationship has a story.

My studies in pedagogy taught me how people learn, grow, and develop. My further education has given me tools to accompany others on their journey — with empathy, understanding, and genuine interest.
